What is Spirituality?

Exploring Spirituality: A Path to Healing and Wellbeing

While life coaching is widely understood, the terms 'energy healing' and 'spirituality' can sometimes be perplexing or off-putting to many. The stigma surrounding spirituality has, in the past, led to the misperception of healers.

In my view, embracing spirituality is synonymous with becoming fully present — connecting with the moment, our Higher Self, Nature, and a Higher Consciousness to experience greater wellbeing, allowing for emotional and physical healing.

Practicing spirituality takes various forms, such as art, meditation, singing, yoga, chanting, lighting candles, praying, spending time in nature, engaging in soft martial arts like Tai Chi, breathing exercises, visualization, journaling, and connecting with angels and higher beings.

When we establish a profound connection with our inner selves or 'soul,' clarity emerges around our purpose, values, vision, goals, motivations, and beliefs. This deeper connection means we can be less influenced by external opinions, actions, and judgments, and we are provided with a sense of freedom and peace.

In moments of disconnection, feelings of being lost or stuck arise, leading us to seek acknowledgment and love from others. While supportive relationships are essential, the lack of perceived love and support can trigger emotions like anxiety, anger, jealousy, and sadness, fostering negative self-talk and limiting beliefs.

Energy healing is a method of becoming fully present to enhance energy flow, releasing blocks and suppressed emotions that contribute to feeling 'stuck.' Experiential Healing, in particular, has proven remarkably effective in releasing trauma, fostering a sense of connection and wholeness. Personally, it transformed my life, helping me heal from anxiety and fibromyalgia while uncovering inner peace.

By delving into memories stored in our bodies, we can identify where we made limiting decisions and start to make sense of them. This process allows for forgiveness, recognizing lessons learned, and breaking free from a 'victim' mentality. We become co-creators of our lives, taking positive steps forward.

Through the combination of life coaching and healing, we can progress, gaining clarity on our Soul's path, learning to value ourselves, practicing self-love, and truly savoring the experience of life.

“There is no passion to be found in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living”. Nelson Mandela
